You can download the FieldDIRECT wellform to submit to the FieldDIRECT support team for new wells to be created in your build.  The wellform will need to be submitted from an administrator at your company.

Simplified wellform - Well sites, gathering sites, tanks, meters
[ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ]
Complete wellform - Compressors, plunger lifts, ESP's, etc. setup
[ Attachment: You are not allowed to view attachments ]
